Requirements
- These techniques include the ability to analyze current systems to resolve new and/or existing problems.
- Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years programming and analysis or IT experience
Skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Excels in ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with subordinates, peers and management.
- Highly proficient in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL in a z/OS environment
- Proficient in establishing CICS table entries for new programs, transactions and files
- Experience in Assembler Language is preferred
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $160k - $170k.
