About the role

  • This role focuses on system‑level product thinking across cloud infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, multi‑tenancy, and emerging AI capabilities, with an emphasis on technical judgment, modernization, and risk‑aware delivery.
  • The expected salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a broad understanding of Multiview's ERP offerings, platform architecture, and client needs
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, security, designers, implementers, and client‑facing teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
  • Develop clear product artifacts including problem statements, requirements, constraints, and success measures
  • Demonstrate Multiview's core values while building trust with both internal teams and clients
  • Provide technical guidance to other product managers on the products and projects they support.

Requirements

  • A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with enterprise or SaaS software products
  • Experience with databases and data architecture, including managed vs hosted approaches
  • Familiarity with APIs, identity & authentication, and multi‑tenant SaaS platforms
  • Experience working in or supporting regulated environments such as ERP, financial systems, or PHI/HIPAA‑adjacent products
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview's core values,
  • Experience working with or around security certifications, audits, or compliance programs
  • Experience comes in many forms, many skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
