Agents are highly supported by leadership and internal teams to optimize each person's success.
Actively use the CRM system to implement marketing initiatives and to keep in touch with prospective buyers and referral sources
Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
Collaborate with teammates, including other NHCs, online sales and the marketing team
Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, lenders, businesses, and other sources of buyer referrals

NHCs are responsible for generating referrals, prospecting leads, and cultivating relationships with Realtors, brokers, and other potential referral sources in the community.
