- About Acupay Acupay System LLC is a worldwide leader in cross‐border tax certification of payments of dividends and interest by issuers of securities to investors without excess withholding of tax.
- Acupay is a privately/employee-owned company based in New York and London specializing in international and domestic financial communications and instruction processing.
- Duties may evolve over time in line with business needs while remaining consistent with the overall nature and level of the position.
Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries and liaising with users of the Acupay System, constantly striving to offer exceptional customer service. Building strong client relationships and cross-selling other services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including client communication and ability to mark up legal/procedural documents
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, willing to go the extra mile and work at own initiative

Requirements
- Providing technical support to clients using the Acupay System and conducting training when required
Skills
- Proven client relationship, problem solving and tax knowledge skills
- Interest in and knowledge of financial markets, equities and debt instruments
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong client focus and ability to participate in client meetings and conference calls.
- Capable of identifying opportunities for improvement
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, to work independently as well as to be a team player, particularly across different sites and time zones
- Experience working in a tax or corporate actions environment
- A general understanding of custody back office and relevant business & computer systems
- Knowledge of other languages would be beneficial
Compensation
- The anticipated good faith base salary range for this position is USD $60,000 - $67,000 per year.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
