Responsibilities
- Drive audience-first omnichannel planning approaches that connect HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer engagement opportunities.
- Champion innovation and identify emerging media opportunities, technologies, and measurement solutions that create competitive advantage for clients. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing oversight, feedback, and workload direction
- Build long-term client relationships through strategic consultation, proactive problem solving, and consistent delivery excellence.
- Partner with account leadership to identify growth opportunities across existing client relationships.
- Partner with Analytics teams to develop measurement frameworks that connect media performance to business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Associate Directors, and Managers across the planning organization.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and media capability growth.
- Support new business efforts through strategic media leadership, pitch participation, and development of differentiated media approaches.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.

Compensation
- This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
- Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
- The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

- 10+ years of media strategy, planning, and investment experience, with significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare media ecosystems across HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer audiences.
