About the role

  • This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days a week working from our Seattle, WA HQ.
  • 6+ years in localization program management, including tech stack management

Responsibilities

  • running structured experiments, feeding customer data back into copy decisions, and building the AI-powered translation workflows that scale with us.
  • You'll create the playbook here first, then extend it to other core languages - partnering closely with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing along the way.
  • Own the Spanish experience across product and marketing, tailoring strategy to regional Spanish-speaking markets rather than one generic treatment
  • Design and run structured experiments, such as testing terminology and messaging variations, tied to clear conversion outcomes
  • Build and continuously improve AI-powered localization and content workflows for Spanish, from prompt design to feedback loops that raise output quality over time
  • Partner with cultural experts and run user testing to validate that content resonates, not just translates accurately
  • Drive tooling strategy and automation to support scalable localization pipelines
  • Maintain terminology and style guides for human and AI content
  • This creates a consistent, meaningful overlap that supports team norms and business needs.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish, with working knowledge of regional variation across Latin American markets
  • Working knowledge of internationalization standards, with experience resolving localizability issues
  • Proven ability to use customer and conversion data to inform localization strategy, including designing or interpreting A/B tests
  • High proficiency with translation management systems (TMS) and the broader localization tech stack

Compensation

  • The starting base salary range for this position is typically $136,000-$170,000.
