Responsibilities
- Master our in-home sales system Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.
- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings Drive team culture, accountability, and performance Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
