- In addition, the Manager CHI will work with Hospital's inpatient and outpatient managers to increase cultural sensitivity regarding the beliefs and preferences of Chinese people in a multicultural work environment.

Requirements
- Cultural and ethnic expertise in the Chinese community in the greater Bay Area.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with a range of constituents including physicians, staff, volunteers and community leaders.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, who can accurately speak, read and easily interpret Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree in social science, business, or healthcare related field or equivalent education from an accredited college or university.
- Five years marketing, communications, education, and/or community outreach with program development experience in health care preferred.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, who can accurately speak, read and easily interpret Mandarin.
Compensation
- $47.99 - $71.98 USD Hour

- The Manager will chair advisory boards consisting of volunteer physicians and community leaders to engage the Chinese community in the Chinese Health Initiative.
- The manager will engage the community through management of such activities as health education and screening events.
