Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise change management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) process including providing testing, defect management, peer review, and release management ensuring appropriate segregation of duties.
- Write and maintain system documentation, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, and high-level integration and data flows.
- Write and utilize scripting and file formatting utilities/configurations in support of applications and customer specifications.
- Design and administer application software configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements.
- Provide Tier 2 application-level support and troubleshooting, escalation and complex problem-solving, providing support 24x7x365.
Requirements
- Experience with Nice Actimize and Lexis Nexis Bridger Knowledge.
- 3 years of experience with scripting.
- 3 years of experience with SQL.
- 3 years of experience with AML Compliance.
- 3 years of experience with system testing including creation of a test plan and documentation of result.
- 3 years of experience with applications implementation, testing, maintenance, configuration and support.
- 2 years of experience in banking.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience in a related occupation.

- The estimated salary for this role is $117, 957.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
