About the role
- As a Paraprofessional (Teacher's Assistant) at AMS, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and ensuring all students have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Support lead Teachers in delivering instruction by assisting with lesson activities, classroom management, and transitions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to meet the academic and social-emotional needs of students.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and successful completion of the paraprofessional exam, OR Associate's degree (or higher).

Skills

- Prepare instructional materials, set up classroom resources, and assist with grading or documentation as directed.
- Model professionalism, respect, and high expectations in every interaction with students, staff, and families.
Compensation
- Starting at $15.50 to $17 per hour, DOE
- Competitive pay with opportunities for bonus compensation.
