- Nurse Practitioner- Palliative Full Time or 80 hrs. per two week pay period 8am - 5pm Weekends- every 5th Essential Functions Serves as a member of the Choices Palliative Care team.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
- One year of NP experience required
- Prescriptive authority required
- Unrestricted DEA license required
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine required within three years from date of hire
