About the role

  • Duties & Responsibilities Conduct user research and interviews to understand learner needs and contribute to the development of student-centered solutions aligned with institutional goals.
  • Assist with solution development, testing, implementation planning, and adoption efforts using agile and collaborative approaches.
  • Monitor trends, conduct market research, and identify opportunities to enhance student experiences and digital products.

Compensation

  • Retirement Stipend: Contingent II employees receive a retirement stipend equal to 7.25 percent of their base salary and are eligible to contribute to a supplemental retirement account (SRA).
