Responsibilities
- Our core product is an operating system (OS) for telcos that manages billing, operations, automation and everything in between.
- 🎭 Role & Team As a Workflow Automation Engineer in the Customer Solutions team, you'll build and evolve production-grade telecom provisioning and operational workflows using gaiia's workflow builder and platform SDK.
- You'll partner day-to-day with a Workflow Solutions Engineer (network expert persona) who owns deep network discovery and architecture.
- Translate solution designs and customer requirements into end-to-end workflows using gaiia's workflow builder.
- Implement orchestration logic (conditions, retries, fallbacks, compensations, parallelism) to handle real-world edge cases and partial failures.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer, Network Engineer or similar technical role within the broader B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong software development fundamentals (TypeScript/JavaScript required).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take ambiguous customer or operational requirements and turn them into clear, testable, supportable implementations.
- Experience in telecom or OSS/BSS domains.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
