Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing insights, analytics, or strategy, including 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience partnering with analytics/data teams on platform requirements (e.g., CDP, CRM, data warehouse).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required.
- Attendance as required by department
Nice to have
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or auto finance / subprime lending.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing technology stacks.
- Experience supporting board-level reporting or chief of staff functions.

Compensation
- $265,500 - $309,750 base salary + an annual bonus plan.
