About the role

The Senior Technical Writer will take ownership of content areas within a complex, fast-moving product ecosystem.

8+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a related role (for example, information design, knowledge management, documentation engineering)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective cross-team relationships
Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Portfolio or samples that demonstrate your ability to structure, manage, and deliver content for a technical audience

Experience managing content across complex multi-product or multi-service environments
Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling
Experience with technical authoring environments and docs-as-code approach

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.

The Role The Senior Technical Writer will take ownership of content areas within a complex, fast-moving product ecosystem.
As Senior Technical Writer, you will work closely with other writers and with Product to deliver high-quality content on a monthly release cadence, using AI tooling and automation to produce documentation, and contribute to our multimedia strategy with video and eLearning content.
