About the role

  • You'll work directly alongside our US co-founder, owning outbound across the West Coast.
  • That means identifying the right companies, engaging the right buyers, and qualifying the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • We partner with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the US and Europe, embedding senior recruiters directly into their teams - combining recruitment, employer branding, and technology to deliver immediate hires and long-term hiring infrastructure.
  • We've built significant traction in Europe - now we're building the US business properly, and this is the commercial role that opens it.
  • For the right person, this becomes a full 360 role within twelve months - opening and closing your own accounts.
  • What You'll Own West Coast pipeline - identify and engage high-growth startups and scale-ups who need embedded talent solutions, and build the funnel from scratch The right buyers - Heads of Talent, Senior Talent Managers, and CPOs at Series A-D companies.

Compensation

  • $65k-$75k
