Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of Safety Management Systems, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance audits.
  • Conduct incident investigations, develop corrective actions, validate controls, and support root cause analyses with client leadership.
  • Lead and design outcome‑focused programs in areas such as industrial hygiene, safety culture, leadership, serious injury and fatality prevention, process safety, and high‑impact training.
  • Manage teams, mentor talent, and contribute to the success and growth of ERM's technical community.
  • Build internal and external networks to support multidisciplinary problem solving and long-term client success.

Compensation

  • For the Senior Consultant, Safety and Industrial Hygienist Specialist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $82,249-$102,301 (USD).
  • Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
  • In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
  • This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).

  • 3+ years of experience in safety and risk management, occupational health, industrial hygiene, culture/leadership programs, or sustainable H&S compliance initiatives.
  • Develop job hazard analyses, job safety assessments, and occupational health-focused work instructions.
