- Job Summary Supports the purchasing funtion by processing purchase order, following up on supplier deliveries, expediting orders, following up on supplier deliveries, expediting materials, and maintaining accurate purchasing information.
- Supports purchasing activities by processing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and assisting in the timely procurement of materials and services.
- Maintains effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to monitor deliveries, resolve routine issues, and ensure material availability.
- Assists in expediting purchase orders and follows up on supplier commitments to support production and business requirements.
- Maintains accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement data in SAP and other business systems.
- Supports basic analysis of supplier performance, purchasing data, and inventory trends to identify improvement opportunities.
