About the role
- You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to drive standardization, ensuring efficient and orderly processes that support organizational growth requirements.
- Manage end-to-end processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment.
- Team Leadership and Risk Management: Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization.
- Develop localized staffing strategies to mitigate employment risks while enhancing team performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring stable warehouse operations.
- Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers.
- Enhance storage and distribution systems by coordinating multi-party resources to deliver superior localized services.
- Drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage through standardized and regionally-adapted warehousing solutions.
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization.
- Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers.
Nice to have
- 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin Preferred
Compensation
- $70,304 - $80,000 + Annual Bonus
