- Uses electrical welding technique to weld parts of dishwasher models.
- Checks specific component for proper dimensions and quality.
- Reads shop blueprint drawings for weld specifications and job safety analysis work instructions to determine various parts to weld/install/assembly or by instructions of supervisor.
- Inspects products and processes while performing job duties to ensure all work done meets or exceeds standards of the company's quality program.
- Works cooperatively and congenially with co-workers to achieve cohesive and productive work processes and work environment.
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum twelve months experience required in GTAW (Tig), GMAW (Mig), or electrical welding techniques.
Skills
- Operates hand and power tools to grind, bevel, fit metals together, and remove slag.
