About the role

  • We have three main manufacturing departments, Casting, Machining, and Press Assembly.
  • Reporting: - Daily, monthly, quarterly reporting for the assigned department / area of responsibility- SDCDM - Prepares and reports annual business plan to meet company objectives. - Prepares and reports on department/ area budget items.

Requirements

  • Ensures completion or planned production quantities as required for delivery on time to customer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, to use hand to finger
  • Occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear.

Skills

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiar with manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel applied skills.
  • Minimum Experienced Preferred:
  • Previous management in related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations
  • 3 + years of previous supervisor experience
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to interpret and analyze KPI
  • Must submit resume with application
  • BA or BS Management or Equivalent Experience./ BSME or Equivalent Experience
