- The base pay range for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000, dependent on your skills, qualifications and experience.

Requirements
- You are someone who is comfortable working in an early stage startup environment and are able to pivot effectively.
- 5+ years in safety systems engineering, preferably in robotics (AMRs)
- Proficiency in safety analysis tools (FTA, FMEA, FMEDA, hazard logs)
- Experience with AMR safety standards (R15.08, ISO 3691-4, ISO 12100)

- You will own the safety and compliance roadmap for our team.
- Working with the engineers on the team, you will drive tests, design changes and work without outside testing bodies.
- You are someone who is comfortable working in an early stage startup environment and are able to pivot effectively.
