Responsibilities
- Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets.
- Partner with Web development professionals while contributing to high-traffic, high-profile websites
- Work with User Experience team members through the stages of design, development, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) tactics into the content management support for the website
- Gather information for needs assessments, and support the development of objectives and timelines for web projects
- Implement and maintain webpage graphics; maintain themes, styles and images for websites
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Skills
- Experience with audio, video and other multimedia formats
- Art Direction experience in both print and digital media
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and constant interruption
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent presentation and conceptual skills
- Exposure to application interface and online advertisement design
- Understanding of website priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic and page views
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and future-state strategy

Compensation
- Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
- Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
- $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
