About the role
- Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center
- Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night‑float rotation (Thursday‑to‑Thursday, weekdays 12‑hour shifts, weekends 24‑hour shifts, 30‑minute response time, two post‑rotation days off)
- Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs
Compensation
- Seven weeks off annually, plus post‑night‑float days off
