Responsibilities

  • Support caseworkers with client appointments and service coordination
  • Support scheduling, follow-up communication, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to IRC policies and procedures
  • A force for humanity, IRC employees deliver lasting impact by restoring safety, dignity and hope to millions.
  • IRC Richmond's Casework department provides direct support to newly arrived refugees and other eligible populations during their initial resettlement period.
  • The Casework Intern will support caseworkers with a variety of responsibilities related to client stabilization, service coordination, and community integration.

Requirements

  • Must have access to a car and a clean driving record
  • Prepare required documentation for case files and enter case notes

Compensation

  • $20k-$25k
