About the role
- The Bar Back will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with Trilith Guesthouse service standards and Mainsail Lodging & Development standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain opening and closing par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, and bar storage area
- Manage differing personalities within the property, the resort, and the community
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor
- Experience working on a team in a hospitality setting
- Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads, and POS
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
