Responsibilities
- Own meaningful work from day one - partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence decisions, and help shape Axon's future.
- LDI-specific programming-including panels, speaker sessions, mentorship, and networking events-designed to accelerate your professional development and expose you to teams across Axon.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience - in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Enthusiasm for Axon's Mission and Core Values
- Start Date: May/June 2027
- Candidate interview process will take place starting in November, so applicants can expect to receive a communications from us during that time.

Compensation
- The starting hourly pay for this role is USD $30.
