About the role

Safely operate packaging equipment across assigned work centers in accordance with cGMP guidelines, standard work, and operating procedures
Weigh, process, and inspect materials and finished product to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Monitor critical process parameters and product attributes throughout production

maintain detailed documentation.
Support equipment rebuilds and modifications while escalating complex issues to technical teams as needed
Monitor team documentation for accuracy and provide coaching to support compliance
Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies to support production continuity

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or a related field required
Current employees must meet the requirements outlined in the Operator Career Path (Packaging Operator, Central Services Operator, or equivalent production experience)
Prior manufacturing or packaging experience, including equipment setup and changeovers, or demonstrated experience troubleshooting multiple mechanical systems
Ability to regularly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to a bump cap, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and N95 or PAPR (provided)
Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry

Experience with a lean organization or other prior exposure to lean concepts, tools, and techniques
Knowledge of SAP, Proficient, and Informance
Shift - This is a 2nd Shift position.
The hours are 2:30-11pm Mon-Fri.
