About the role
- Foundational experience in Product Management or a related role 3-5 years of direct product management experience.
- Effective collaborator comfortable working across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Should be strong enough to discuss and negotiate with business and operations partners.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Partner closely with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
- Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
- Support definition of KPIs and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Digital Product Management or related field.
- Experience with Travel, Internal Tools, Analytics, and/or Content Management are nice-to-haves.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
