Responsibilities
- Maintain logic ties between activities to ensure proper sequencing and schedule integrity.
- Support integration of subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, assumptions, and updates.

- The Project Scheduler supports the development, maintenance, and coordination of project schedules for mission critical and commercial construction projects.
- The Project Scheduler contributes to maintaining schedule accuracy and visibility while developing the skills needed to manage critical path elements and project constraints.
Requirements
- License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, push, pull and reach overhead.
- Required Physical/Mental Functions:
Nice to have
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of construction scheduling experience (electrical or mission critical preferred), engineering or project coordination experience.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (training acceptable).
- Foundational understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams.
- Experience working on electrical or mission critical projects.
- Exposure to CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling concepts.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Basic understanding of procurement workflows and material tracking.
- Experience using Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination or VDC processes.
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training.
- Ability to travel to job sites.
