Responsibilities
- Provide support and oversight of reporting for portfolio management (delinquency, problem loans, exceptions, tickler tracking, etc.) as designated by the CCO
- Monitor assigned portfolio for early warning signs of financial weakness or other risks and work with borrowers to develop and execute an appropriate plan to mitigate risk and/or transfer to Special Assets Group
- Serve as contact for, provide support of and responses to internal audits, loan review, compliance reviews and regulatory exams for the bank
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- Knowledge risk ratings analysis, corporate finance and/or research
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel modeling skills
- Familiarity with Moody's analytics
- In this role, you will evaluate nonprofit banking loan requests with revenues typically between $5 Million to $1 Billion using a thorough knowledge of loan policy, guidelines, and procedures.
Nice to have
- GNPH experience preferred
- Minimum 7 years' commercial credit experience including experience in one of the following sectors: corporate banking, middle market or CRE
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000-$150,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
- Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
