About the role
- Establish learning objectives, curriculum maps, assessment strategies, and competency frameworks to measure learner readiness and performance.
- Ensure curricula remain current with new indications, product releases, software updates, and evolving clinical evidence.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through learner performance metrics, assessments, stakeholder feedback, and business outcomes.

- Develop and maintain curriculum frameworks, instructional design standards, governance processes, and content lifecycle management practices.

Skills
- Experience establishing content development standards, governance processes, and curriculum lifecycle management practices.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional learning initiatives and managing internal and external development resources.
- Experience with digital learning technologies, learning management systems, and modern content development tools preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex clinical, procedural, scientific, and technical information.
- Experience designing digital, instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and blended learning experiences.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Manage internal and external curriculum development resources, vendors, and learning partners as needed.
- Ensure all educational content complies with applicable regulatory, legal, and company requirements.
