Responsibilities

  • The Voter Protection Department is dedicated to ensuring that every eligible voter in Wisconsin has the access, support, and resources they need to cast their vote securely and confidently.
  • The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in fueling the resources needed to support our political campaigns and advocacy efforts across Wisconsin.
  • Our team is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies and managing donor relationships.
  • The People Operations team plays a critical role in building and sustaining a diverse, mission-driven workforce to power our political work across Wisconsin.
  • We lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee support while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Requirements

  • Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment, except where prohibited by law.
  • In order to be successful at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin candidates must have the cultural competence to successfully work with a diverse array of constituency groups.
