  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience with:
  • Experience working with geographic information systems (GIS) and geospatial data applications
  • Strong experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Experience using Git/GitHub version control
  • Strong Linux administration and command-line proficiency

Nice to have

  • XML transforms and XML Schema
  • JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred)
  • Linux command-line tools
  • Python or other scripting languages
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with open-source software and tools
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
  • Experience with ETL processes, data migration tools, and application configuration updates
