About the role

We are seeking Account Executives with a history of selling into mid-market accounts within the banking and mortgage lending industries as we introduce our next-generation platform to these markets.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity.
As an Account Executive, you'll be working directly with our Sales Director to bring digital transformation to the masses.

Shape Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Kizen's overall business objectives.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to position Kizen's solutions effectively.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Kizen's overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

At least 1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/ AI sales
You must have deep technical knowledge and be able to articulate this in a concise and simple manner to potential clients.
You are a multi-threading fanatic.
Must have an attitude of accountability to get things done.
