About the role
- Produce shop drawings and illustrative diagrams as needed.
- There are many factors to the presented hourly range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Work with the project management team to convert project briefs into designs
- Modify existing client designs to be practical and functional
- Create build drawings
- Create CNC Files
- Work with building and safety to obtain necessary permits
- Perform site surveys
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules and other construction documents
- Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production.
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objective.
Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
Nice to have
- proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino.
- Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator & Sketch Up is a plus
- Software: proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino.
Skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Works well with a team
- Possesses solid analytical and problem solving abilities
Compensation
- [$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year]
