About the role
- This position is responsible for managing assigned agency projects, including capital improvement and other operational initiatives, under the direction of the Chief of Operations.
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will coordinate and implement projects from initiation through completion to ensure project deliverables, milestones, schedules, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field.
- Experience coordinating capital improvement, facility, construction, or infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Experience monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and preparing project status reports and presentations.
Compensation
- Salary: Starting at $85,000.00
