Responsibilities
- Support operational teams in the application of HSSE standards, programs, and procedures;
- Support local teams in conducting field investigations following HSSE incidents or accidents;
- Maintain security plans and emergency measures plans, including employee awareness, preparation, and coordination of drills and exercises;
- Assist site managers in developing and implementing action plans to address issues, reduce risks, achieve objectives, and meet compliance requirements;
Requirements
- College degree in a related field (industrial hygiene, industrial relations, industrial engineering, or equivalent);
- The HSSE coordinator may be required to travel outside the region on an occasional basis.
