- Quality Assurance Technician ensures products leave facility and meet expectations for consumers and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Quality Assurance Department records, both hard copy and electronic copy
- Perform simple quality tests, casting/pasting inspections, curing released, voltage, gravity, etc.
- Perform acid receiving analysis and load acceptance
- Perform battery autopsy analysis and identify failure modes
- Fully perform QA procedures in all plant and shipping areas
- Perform electrical testing/analysis of all battery types
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing and plant experience
- Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.

- Quality Assurance Technician will also report all questionable items, materials and/or processes to appropriate management for analysis and disposition.
