About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) items and inspections using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Perform machinery space rounds, equipment rotation, a nd system monitoring
- Operate and monitor multiple sites using the Building Management System (BMS)
- Central Utility Building (CUB) Boiler/Chiller Plant
- you develop within the role.
Requirements
- Applicants must be candidates for a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Engineering.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Experience using tools including hand/ power tools, precision measurement and diagnostic tools
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.)
- Ability to apply mechanical principles in a real-world environment
