Responsibilities

- Maintain personnel files, I-9 documentation, and onboarding records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance and workplace issues.
- Maintain employee records within the HRIS and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, from an accredited University, majoring in human resources, business, or related field, is required.
- Current Certifications in Human Resources.
- Must have minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience including holding the title of HR Generalist.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently while successfully managing multiple projects, priorities, and competing demands.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations principles.
- Experience working within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment, preferably with Questco.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with HR and workforce management systems such as Timeco, Workable, Canva, and HUMI is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of HR administration.
