About the role
- Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, the Compliance Administrator will govern the administrative and legal frameworks of our Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) program.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Development: Work with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to create and document the end-to-end PWA workflow-from the initial Purchase Order (PO) request to the final Baker Tilly compliance certification.
- Baker Tilly & LCP tracker Governance: Manage the daily data exchange with Baker Tilly and daily oversight of the Baker Tilly Compliance Dashboards.
- Apprentice Documentation & Lifecycle: Lead the collection of all apprentice-specific documentation from contractors to populate the apprentice classifications.
- Site-to-Portal Verification: Perform "cross-check" audits by comparing physical site check-in logs (or gate records) against the labor hours contractors are inputting into LCPtracker.
- Document Control: Maintain the 7-year audit-ready repository for all labor and tax-related filings.
- Manage the daily data exchange with Baker Tilly and daily oversight of the Baker Tilly Compliance Dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.
- High proficiency in document control software and labor tracking portals (e.g., LCPtracker, Baker Tilly Portal).
Nice to have
- Experience with reporting or federal contract administration preferred.
