About the role
- On approved projects, participates in operations planning and layout, and follows through during installation. · Conducts or participates in statistical process studies to determine the extent and cause of process variation.
- Establishes the need for process control and identifies appropriate manual, statistical, or computer-assisted methods for control.
- Determine the method of fabrication for special orders.
Responsibilities
- Monitors process performance for continued adequacy. · Develop estimated costs to manufacture special items requested by Marketing or customers.
- Develop estimated costs and processing sheets for special production orders.
Requirements
- Update specials program and other duties as required.
