Responsibilities
- Device OEM and pharma clients looking to develop new drug delivery systems, including injection systems, inhalation devices and wearables
- Pharma and biotech clients who are developing new drug-device combination products, including those leveraging platforms from third party OEMs
- Develop and execute account plans for a prioritized set of drug delivery clients
- Build and maintain senior client relationships across R&D, Product Development, Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial leadership
- Lead early discovery conversations and shape opportunities prior to formal pursuit
- Position PA's capabilities in design, engineering, human factors, systems engineering, and regulatory support
- Partner with Principals, technical experts, and delivery teams to transition qualified opportunities into active pursuits
- Manage early stage pipeline activity in CRM, including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking
- Strong communication, relationship building, and opportunity shaping skills
- Background in design and engineering consultancy, or life sciences product development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of regulated product development and lifecycle management

Compensation
- $150,000 - 180,000 USD.
- In compliance with Colorado's, New York's, Illinois's, & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.
