Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and adjust traffic control strategies based on site conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures, report hazards, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in traffic control, MOT operations.
- Ability to manage crews, coordinate multiple tasks, and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Requirements
- Ensure DHA forms, Daily Logs, Truck Inspections, Tickets, and all required paperwork are properly completed and submitted daily.
- FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification required
