Responsibilities
- For employees outside India and United States: Willingness to serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country, with full support from corporate teams, in governance matters
- Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division
- Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans
- Impacts the business results of a department by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans.
- Develops departmental plans, including business, operation and/or organizational priorities

- Bachelor's degree
- advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Compensation
- The posted base salary range is a reasonable estimate that may be adjusted based on the final work location of the selected employee.
