The role's primary responsibility is to drive results through their entire department.
In this role, the Restaurant Manager is expected to promote and implement property-wide strategies that will increase guest satisfaction, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, meet and exceed productivity goals.
Manage all aspects of the restaurant
Manage the operating budget and achieve all revenue and expense targets.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a restaurant manager
Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
Thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.

Associate or bachelor's degree in business management or hospitality management highly preferred.

Pay range is $70,000 - $80,000 and are eligible for bonus.
The base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and specific/overall experience.
Assist in annual performance evaluations of the team members.
