Responsibilities
- he Systems Analyst V performs advanced (senior-level) computer analysis work.
- Serves as subject matter expert in one or more functional areas in support of the agency's internal financial accounting system, "Workforce, Reporting, Accounting, and Purchasing System" (WRAPS).
- Effectively supports WRAPS production system to plan, test and implement software updates, fixes and enhancements.
- Serves as primary liaison between TWC financial system end users and the WRAPS technical system support team.
- Documents and presents process flows and recommendations for enhancements and/or repairs to current systems that will meet end user requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 30 semester hours of accredited college work in accounting may be substituted for one year of required experience with a maximum substitution of two years.
- Copy of college transcripts required at interview if selected.
Nice to have
- Five years experience with State of Texas PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders and/or Asset Management highly preferred.
- handle multiple projects, effective written and verbal communication highly preferred.
- Five years experience using TWC's WRAPS Accounting System.
