About the role
- We're looking for a Service Representative to join Curri's Operations team.
- This is a high-impact role that directly influences service quality, customer retention, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own FTL execution end-to-end - sourcing, securing, and onboarding carriers (when not already in our network), confirming load details, and proactively managing any risks, delays, or issues.
- Work on high-visibility operational challenges that directly support company OKRs.
