About the role
- We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in New York City to be a key member of the regional marketing team, responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing initiatives.
- This is an in-office role based out of our New York City office.
- You are detail-obsessed, operationally rigorous, and keen to dive into all aspects of regional marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations. This includes venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management
- Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process
- Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking
- Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, and procurement and inventory oversight
- Partner with the team leaders on overall process efficiency workflows and optimizations
- The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering.
Requirements
- You have 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project management in a high-growth environment
- You are a team player who believes that no task is too small if it contributes to a flawless experience
- You are comfortable navigating a modern marketing stack and excited to learn new tools and technologies
- When a shipment is delayed or a vendor falls through, you are already executing Plan B
